A. Parents/guardians are required to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. They arealso requested to see that their children prepare lesson, complete their home work and take an active and keen interest inthe activities of the school.
B. Parents / Guardians will be informed about academic results of their children through progress reports. They will berequested to sign these as token of acknowledgment .
C. When corresponding with the principal, parents / guardians are requested to mention in the letter, the GR No, class andsection of their children.
D. Parents/guardians are requested to notify the ASF public school of any change in their address or telephonic number.
E. Parents/guardians are not allowed to visit the class/teacher during school hours without the permission of the Principal.Any parent/guardian wishing to discuss the progress of his/her child may see the Principal/Head of Section/teacher during visiting hours allotted for each class.
F. The school management does not accept the responsibility for the loss of money and valuables like jewelry etc.
G. All belongings (lunch boxes, water bottles, pencil boxes, bags and books) for the Montessori / Nursery & K.G Children must be permanently marked with the child’s name.
H. Parents must ensure it that their child brings his/her text/exercise books according to the given timetable to avoid carrying heavy bags to school.
I. Verbal messages between parents and teachers must be supported by a written note i.e. Parents/guardian to write a note in daily diary to the teachers/principal to convey a message.
J. Children should be provided with wholesome food in their lunch boxes. Oily/ messy food is to be avoided.
K. Chewing gums, suparis, chalia, gutka and other chewable are Strictly Prohibited.
L. Birthday cakes/sweets should be shared with classmates to encourage socialization specially among Primary & Pre- Primary sections.
M. Children are not permitted to carry big amount of money with them nor they should bring valuable articles to school. The school will not be responsible for items or money lost in the school.
N. Field trips will be arranged for the students from time to time. In this regard information will be sent to the parents well in advance.
O. Leaving the school during working hours is not allowed except in cases of emergency for which the parents will have to give written application.Co-Operation of the parents to abide by the Rules given will be appreciated.
