a. 2 years and 8 months is the minimum and 3 years and 8 month is the maximum age for admission in class Nursery (by 5th of the month of new session).
b. Two latest photographs & the original birth certificate along with Photo state copy thereof must be presented at the time of registration
c. For admission in class II and onward a school leaving certificate and complete record from the previous school is to be submitted by the applicant at the time of admission
d. Admission to school will be governed under the Admission Policy devised by the management from time to time. The decision of the management in this regard would be final and conclusive.
e. New admission during the academic session would be considered only incase of ASF employees transferred from other towns & Cities, subject to passing the admission tests.
f. At the time of admission, security deposit, admission fee annual charges and fees for the due month / months will be payable.
g. All the formalities should be completed not later than the date given by the school. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the admission and the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate in the merit list.
h. Two photographs of the child’s birth certificate, & parents NIC card, (Attested), four recent passport size photographs and original school leaving certificate will be required for retention in school record.
i. All information given on the admission form should be correct as it cannot be changed or modified later. Incorrect and incomplete information may lead to cancellation of admission
j. The school only deals with parents of the child and not with any other in case of admission and all other school matters.
