Examination & Evaluation
EXAMINATION AND EVALUATION.
Tests and examinations would be conducted throughout the year. Final examination would be held before the end of the academic session.
Promotion would be based upon the performance in Test/Examinations conducted during the year and Final Examination details:-
Two examinations known as half yearly and final Examinations will be held every year. In addition, monthly tests will
be also held in the last week of every month. Results will be recorded in Progress Report Card.

Students absent from the examination without any genuine reason will be considered as failures.
•
The results of all examinations will be final and irrevocable
•
Promotions will be based on the results of all terminal examination and the marks obtained in the final examination
•
Any student failing twice in the same class may be struck off strength.
PROMOTION COMMITTEE
a. It will be composed of following:-
(1) President - Principal
(2) Members - Vice principal/Coordinators of Senior, Primary Junior
Sections and all class in charge teachers.
b. Promotion committee will consider all such cases for next class on the basis of criteria approved for the same.
PASSING PERCENTAGE.
As per approval of management & concerned board standard of examination.
GRADING.
Students will be graded on the following scale:-

a. A+ 90% 100%
b. A 80% 89%
c. B 70% 79%
d. C 60% 69%
e. D below 60% 60%
